Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

    Main Ingredients:
  • 1 Gallon Zipper Bag
  • 1 lb Chicken Pieces
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 C Milk
  • 1 C Frying Oil
  • Nugget Coating:
  • 2 C Flour
  • 1 T Paprika
  • 1 T Black Pepper
  • 1/2T Salt
  • 1 T Onion Powder
  • 1/2 T Garlic Powder

Instructions

    First Step!
  1. Start heating your oil in a pan
  2. Create Your Nuggets!
  3. Cut your chicken into nugget sized slices
  4. Soak them in a beaten egg mixture
  5. Get ready to dip!
  6. Mix your flour mixture up and season with the spices to taste in your gallon bag
  7. Pour your milk into another bowl
  8. Pull the chicken pieces from the egg mixture draining the excess egg
  9. Throw it in the flour mixture, seal and shake
  10. Take your coated chunks out and dip them in milk
  11. Throw them back in the bag and seal and shake
  12. By now you should have a well coated nugget
  13. If your oil is heated throw your nuggets in
  14. Heat them thoroughly until brown on both sides
  15. Do whatever you want to do with them
  16. Enjoy

Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches

Have you tried these yet, They are scrumptious! Tyson may have hit a soft spot with most adults and kids. Who doesn’t like chicken patties. Especially mini ones!

The boys and I made a trip to Walmart to pick some up. We always like quick-lunch ideas. They are not sold in every store, but here is a link to check if they are at yours. Tyson Store Locator. We had them for lunch when we got home from the store. They were quick and definitely good. I’m not always a fan of microwave food, usually they don’t taste great to me. These may changed my mind. They were juicy and delicious.

I think these would be awesome for a quick-lunch to keep in the fridge at work. Check out these simple instructions. The boys liked them, we even grab them out for a quick snack and divide 2 sandwiches into 4 halves. Add a few Cheetos and they bring smiles!
